My name is Oliver Grip Blom, and I founded Vizioneer.
Vizioneer is not another platform taking a share of every booking you get. That is the model I built this to replace.
I came into this from property marketing in Denmark. Watching villa owners hand 15 to 25% to a platform, season after season, I could see the same gap opening every time. The platforms do raise occupancy. But the money keeps leaving your hands, and the guests were never yours to begin with.
So I built something else. We create demand among people who are not looking for a villa yet, reach them before the search begins, and send them to your own booking page where nothing else is sitting beside you. That is how a property gets remembered.
I have spoken to enough villa owners by now to know how little time a season leaves you. So the whole thing is built around me taking over as much of it as I possibly can. You should not end up with more to see to than before.
