I need a few days at the property to film it. The listings have to be free while I am there, and someone has to let me in.
I need access to the social accounts, the website and the booking system. We set that up once, and you never think about it again.
And when something genuinely needs your decision, I need a short reply. That is the whole ask.
A system, not a campaign.
We build your social presence so it can carry the property all year. Content goes out every day, built on what we already know works, and all of it points to your own website and your own inbox.
Alongside it we run Meta campaigns aimed straight at bookings, on €20 a day, adjusted up or down as it earns.
None of this is a quick fix. It takes time to build. But once it has traction it accelerates, and that is when the numbers get interesting.
At the end, you own all of it. So you could start posting every day and run the whole setup yourself. I just hope you will find our help worth keeping around.
Two parts, and the second only pays if we do.
I cannot give you a real number without seeing your setup. Do you have one villa, or a portfolio of 25 listings? This is where we will need some information before we can give you a price.
What I can do is explain my pricing model. You pay a setup fee before we come on site, which covers the filming, the editing, and building both the social presence and the advertising campaign from nothing.
After that you pay on performance. Everything is usually live 1 to 2 weeks after we film, and from there you only pay us when we bring you guests.
